Job Title: UAS Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking RN for rewarding and flexible Per Diem and Full Time Uniform Assessment System (UAS) Position in all 5 boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Upstate Counties.

We believe that every patient and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability! The UAS Assessment Nurse will be responsible for the completion of in-home Assessments, Tasking tool, required paperwork and electronic workbook, as well as their timely submission. This position as a Registered Nurse is ideal for someone desiring a flexible schedule that allows for one-on-one patient contact.

UAS Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

  • Current and Valid NYS RN License
  • Intermediate ability to use computerized systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and to navigate the DOH UAS health care system.
  • Access to a car
  • Access to a laptop and Internet
  • Must be able to travel between NYC Metro Area and Westchester County, NY

UAS Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

  • Experience in home health care is required with working knowledge of Medicaid Managed Long Term Care plans and Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations.
  • WHO Certification
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Patient Care and Assessment Skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
