Business Intelligence Architect/Developer (NYC)



The Business Intelligence Architect/Developer in the Visiting Nurse Service of New York s Data Architecture Services group designsand implements enterprise-scale solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) infrastructure, reports, dashboards & related components. The BI Architect gathers requirements from business units, collaborates with stakeholdersand data owners to designand develop Business Intelligence reports that leverage OBIEE s data warehousing capabilities, interprets and analyzes the business requirementsand system parameters needed to design, develop, validate, testanddeliver OBIEE solutions to meet the needs of end users. Testand validate all report types to ensure accurate data representation. Design or modify andimplement changes to the OBIEE Repository Protocol Design (RPD) physical, business,and presentation layers; ensure smooth migration of OBIEE artifacts across different operating environments (database server, desktop/laptop, mobile, tablet). Provide support to business end-users with new report generation, enhancement or modification of existing reports, and problem resolution. Reports to VP of Data Architecture Services. Education: Bachelor s in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical / Communications Engineering or closely related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs exp in systems analysis, data architecture,and business intelligence analysis, using OBIEE, Oracle database, DB2, SQL Server, MS Project, MS Officeand Visio; min 3 yrs exp using Informatica, SAS, Tableauand MicroStrategy. Proven track record implementingand modifying OBIEE RPD physical, business & presentation layers; dimensional modeling of databases; implementing end-to-end reports & platform solutions in OBIEE that include analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, deploymentand support; WebLogic configuration for OBIEE application hosting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
